This new EP showcases JT The Goon’s instrumental prowess across 4 tracks, bringing through organic grime production with an essential edge of unpredictability and Earthspin experimentation. Through the jumpy combat-readiness of “Next Body”, the sino-grime panpipes that collapse into bass-driven destruction on “Pans of Pain”, the refined plucked melodies and deep ebbing sub sweeps of “This Year”, and the simmering dub-infused anthemics on the title track, Depths of Life shines as an emotive and energetic collection of classic JT firepower.

Launched at the beginning of 2020, Earthspin Recordings specialises in supplying dance-ready grime instrumentals – tracks that are primed for a radio set packed with MCs but still carry serious weight in clubs or on festival stages without any need for vocals.Our aim is to combine a core 140 identity with fresh influences from across the musical spectrum, bringing authentic and original sounds to the people whether they’re already a grime head or they need some converting.

Any chance of Side by Side the vocal mix on Bandcamp, please sir? They only place I have that is on Youtubes and it has really bad sound quality.
